what are your stands on this?

seems like it's hard to find a hentai site that doesnt have rape, incest or beasty cartoon/hentai content.

we avoid all that obviously in similated porn, but seems like hentai as a niche will have to be dropped in order to avoid this in drawn format

yup.
lets go one step further and ban all rape texts as well.
And since technology is evolving, lets put on a chip and ban rape thoughts as well.
I thought the whole ban rape idea was to cut out the producers that were taking it a bit too far. But cartoons ? Who is getting hurt in the process ?

It's part of Manga culture in Japan. It's a form of release. Notice their very low rates of violent crime and rape?
I am not saying I approve of it, just pointing to a possible explanation.

Problem is are you going to remove rape from movies where it is imperative to the story line in mainstream culture narrative story telling and how are you going to differentiate between porn and the art culture?
