Do you have an Assistant?
 

How many people on here have an Assistant? Also if you do have one how did you find him/her?

I'm having a hard time finding a reliable assistant with common sense and that doesn't need micro managing.

C'mon man... you know that any person meeting that criteria, would be looking for an assistant themselves.

Remember: When dealing with people, there is a high risk of incompetence.

thats the problem i'm having now. i've hired and let go two, in the past.

I just fired mine last week.

Now interviewing part timers again. I am thinking of hiring two part timers. One for M, W, F. Another TU, TH. Then splitting the work, and making sure I am not at a dead stop in the future. Over time, one of them may develop into something more than a pay check player.

Luckily I still have one other part timer who keeps plugging away. She just cant handle any more of the workload because of her full time.
