I appreciate you just stating things without any proof and not bothering to check with us or the studio before you accuse us of doing business illegally. We have a contract and until we are told by the studio to remove them and that the contract is void you are just making false accusations. This post has been on the board since the 20th (exactly seven days) and you are just now saying something to us after everyone has left for the weekend. Seems like you are just trying to smear us and no other intent. For everyone that wants to do business with us we can show you a signed copy of the contract for every title we sell. To Casper, you can contact us via e-mail only, and any further attempts to smear us on any boards will be considered an act of aggression and will be dealt with accordingly.

Jet Multi does not have those, meaning that you dont either.....your only fault here is being too slack and not checking weather they have the right to sell the material you are now selling.

Every single picture right there is exclusively ours, well done there buddy.
If you want proof then go check the model releases for that dvd, should you NOT find anything under the name CAT Production, well then you are not 2257 complaint either.

OK, we have established the fact that you did not know that you were selling unlicensed content, now take it down or hear from our lawyer!

Let me try and make it more clear as you were not understanding.

Said content was produced by CAT Production.

A deal between Cat and Jim is in place to distribute the content VIA DVD sales, and not able to sell or license on the internet.

Custodian of records for that content for DVD is in fact Jim.

Check the model releases and you will see who it was produced by.

Jim has no right to sell said content via the internet or to license it to others to sell as well.

So, the people you are selling this content to, you cannot legally license it to them.

If there was a mistake, and that is a big IF, it was on someone else's behalf. Just to attack on the boards without talking to us prior is not only unprofessional but just plain wrong. We have scoured the internet for CAT Production/s and found the studio, however there were no Dr. Moretwatt titles associated. You have even stated yourself that we may have been improperly informed so thank you for confirming that if there was a mistake it wasn't ours. The ONE title that you have now sent claiming to be yours has been deactivated and that is without any legal proof. This is only from you stating that you are the rightful owner and on your word alone. This title will remain off the site until the whole situation has been resolved. We do not want to respond to your posts on here since you have been speaking with us on ICQ after you have assaulted on us on our thread. Finally, we have looked at the 2257's and there is not one single mention of CAT Productions. Be a professional and deal with the people you may or may not have been wronged by and certainly not on a public board.

Okay, thank you for the clarification, we have already contacted the studio (as you have) and we will get to the bottom of this issue by Monday. Meanwhile (as stated earlier) we have deactivated the one title you stated as yours.

So you are saying that the 2257 i just sent you with the model holding the release up to her face in the same setting "scene" as on the dvd cover above does not clearly say CAT Production?

However i will tell you this, i will be the first person to do a personal thank you for removing the unlicensed content thread.
