Ebay Hates Me :(
 

So for the 2nd time my Porsche sold on Ebay, however again the buyer now says he does not want the car.....

i have a problem. i am a middle aged professional looking to enjoy some hard earned things in life. upon winning this bid and conveying it to the woman i have known for 30 years, something serious has errupted. this was not a suprise to her as i had been looking for several months, but the responses i heard were, such as NEVER been happy and ready to leave. not to go into great detail but i have been dealing with this for the past 8 hours. it is not an easy situation for me to convey to a total stranger. i need to take care of my business in the morning but may be able to contact you in later in the day, but i don't know if i can proceed with this transaction at this time. i will do what i can

Starting to feel jinxed...

The last buyer that pulled out paid my auction fees, not much $$ I know..

Explain to him that his bid was a binding agreement.

He might not buy the car, but from the sounds of it...he might part with $500 to save his marriage.

Was there a second place bid that is acceptable to you? If so, you can use the second chance offer feature if they have that in the autos section.

Selling a car on e-bay can't be easy. I feel your pain.

Whatever you do don't ship the car to Argentina.

I was thinking about that. I did however try that last time and also the previous times I had it listed but it did not make the reserve, but no luck...

Now is not a great time to sell a used high end car... Surprise I know....

I though the problems would come with people trying to get financing however never even got that far :(
