I believe DreamSubmitter was working on one but not sure if it's completed or not yet.

yeah i was trying to get one made last year a client side application talked to cham and i think he was doing 1

i'd be quite intersted in that too...
wondering how that would work though...
There can't be duplicates videos since there are no templates, just plugs etc...

What do you mean by submitter for tube sites? an app that let's you upload your videos to multiple tubes at once?

Or one that submits a link to your tube videos to sites that accept that?

If it's the latter, then plugsubmitter.com is what your looking for.

Good luck with that. It comes at a hefty price, imho.
