Windows users - Vista - I need help
 

I am a MAC user so Vista is killing me.

My kid lost his password and I'm stucked, only optioj is format the disk but he has filrs on it he don't want to loose.

How do I reset or get the admin password to get access to his files.

Every install is asking for the main password !!

go take the comp to the nearest computer repair place pay a few $$$ and get it done.
