I've been leasing (outbound) for a long time. Depends on your immediate needs, and your long term needs. Whether or not you've had domains and/or MX server problems in the past is the deciding factor with me.

Rick Latona does i think..... i heard Spanish.com was leased for $20,000 per month for 12 year contract....not sure if true....
