Why when your nuts itch you can't just itch them? You have to grab the skin and roll between your thumb and whatever other finger of your choosing? This is fucked up. Thoughts?

Because the skin isn't tight, dry and you can't put pressure on it.. Like say the skin on your arm..

a tip.. I stretch the skin with 2 fingers against my body and use a third finger to scratch..
