question about chameleon submitter
I tried asking there but havent gotten an answer so I figure you guys will know
If I want to submit a tgp for inclusion in their database can I use the form site.com/tgp? can I also forward a url say mytgp.com to site.com/tgp any reason chameleon would have a problem with that? thanks yall |
It is almost always better to use real hard domain based links, in most cases. If you are going to redirect don't bother submitting the redirects. If it is an issue just submit the mytgp.com not /tgp.
http://www.chameleonsubmitter.com/suggest.php 7. No IP address. TGP/MGP must have a registered domain; 8. We do not accept TGPs/MGPs with sub-domains; |
actually what im suggesting isnt a subdomain its a subdirectory
isnt a subdomain like mysite.tgp.com? thats actually why Im asking this question...what they have in the link you pointed out |

unless you're submitting the site being forwarded to? I guess you can forward as many domains as you want to it , if that's how you want to roll

I did icq, email, support from the site, posted on their forum and sent a private forum message LOL no response all day
|
on the flip side I need some extension installed...filled out a suppot ticket at caro told them to tell me how much....
15 mins later they sent me back an email all 5 things done....no charge Now ya see why I like dealing with caro hosting |
Basically what I am saying is if in doubt use a real domain. Better reception all around.. .
