they are more flexible, smaller and less concerned about injury from the more challenging tricks

if this was some beer pong event, maybe it wouldnt matter, but it is the Olympics, so yes.

If the minimum age is 16, and you are training 12 years olds that compete at 14, yes it makes a difference.

we are specifically talking about very small petite gymnasts, there is a huge difference between 13 years olds and 16 year olds when it comes to development. The girls were all underage, not over age...

rules are rules, she is 14, they find small girls to train as children, and then compete them , its against the rules.

Damn, this is so wrong... the girls are great, but they have to follow the rules...

yes, because the Government of China backs them, and stands by its "official paperwork" that is a PASSPORT claiming their age.

You know how easy it is to fake docs, you were military, you dont think the US Gov could give you papers claiming you are someone else and not your true age? And anyone who believes a PASSPORT as official age of someone is silly.

The government made the docs the girls used, so call them fake would be like claiming the government was behind fraud.... which because it would be more than one person involved would also mean "government conspiracy."

if you can prove the Kids knew and did nothing, then I agree. Otherwise it could just be the bosses pushing the kids without knowing.
