No need to quote any more of it - the little blurb at the beginning that I quoted above sums up what's upsetting about this. It wasn't just Obama - EVERYONE was on McCain's ass for saying the economy was fundamentally sound at the time he did during the election - because it was and still is complete HORSESHIT.

I don't expect Obama and Co. to have solved the world's problems by now, but ffs don't blatantly BS people and SAYTHE SAME EXACT SHIT YOU WERE MOCKING THE OPPOSITION FOR SAYING. I'm trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt but there's very little this administration is doing to make me believe they're setting us on the right path or even on a reasonably okay path. Do they need more of us "little people" (prompt photo of little guy with big shoe) to come out and say just how badly this economy has fucked us in order to get a clue?

I think he fucked up with this one. He mocked McCain mercilessly over saying that then for last couple of months he was Mr. Doom and Gloom. This last week he started sounding more positive, but this might be going a little too far.
