the question is how do you define hd? we require our video to be filmed in HD. But I think from there how is it streamed. I believe HD tv broadcast is about 10k stream. A lot of sites claim to be hd and stream at 2.5k bitrate.

There is NO real HiDEF on the internet... If blu Ray which is a compressed HiDef format streams at 25,000 bit rate.

To produce DVD quality would need 6,000 bit rate.

That said the better the camera, lens, lighting etc the better it will look at the end.
The other point is if the bitrate and the file size is large the punters computer wll not be able to show it...or show Hi Def at 3 frames per second WOW.
