Question for parents.. help identify this oldschool cartoon....
 
I'm trying to find an old school cartoon where a little kid falls asleep, and in his dreams he's taken to a magical land of sugar canes, fountains dripping chocolate, candy, etc....

if someone has an idea what cartoon this might be i'd appreciate it... all i know is its old...
