Buy Dutch Seeds is pretty solid to purchase seeds online.

I wouldn't order seeds outside of whatever country you are located...

I always heard rumors that if you purchase seeds online you are added to some kind of watch list. I have wanted to many times but the rumors have kept me from doing so. I have been collecting seeds from my KB over the past couple of years and have managed to find like 10, I guess that is enough for a good start. ;)

I have ordered seeds many times with no issue's from assorted sites. Never was paranoid about it myself.
Though I have to ask, do you not have a clone supplier local to you?

if you're a little extra noid' just use any of the suppliers not based out of NL

Ive bought from Sensi a few times...they do a good dutch.

Technically, there is no laws against buying seeds, as many people buy seeds to fish with..(Hemp is a natural fish attractant.)

I just want them as souvenirs :)
