Project management software?

I need to create some standards, goals, a work flow for achieving those goals, and be able to share them online.

I do not have time to get bogged down in some elaborate software, so ease of use is the number one concern, with cost a very close second.

Any recommendations?

Microsoft has its own used in mainstream every day.

I think that I used some microsoft product when I took a project management class. But that has been about 10 years ago, and I can't remember much about it.

Thank you, Jimmi, I'll look into it. Because I need to get all my eggs organized, both adult and mainstream, and having all that crap in my head without any major roadmap is driving me crazy. It is also not an effective way of staying on track toward the end prize.

You probably used Microsoft Project in your class.

Outside of work my buddies and I use http://www.activecollab.com/ for our side projects.

At the company I work for we use http://www.aceproject.com/

I prefer AC :)

I've used Basecamp and it's pretty good. Did not exactly meet the needs I had so I canceled it and am back to text files though, LOL.

Brand new to the market is http://www.producteev.com/ ... it's not overly bogged down w/ garbage that isn't needed. You set it up to include what aspects of your project, to-do list, etc u want. They are also on twitter should u have questions. http://twitter.com/producteev

Thank you all very, very much!

I used the Sly method this morning for a couple of hours to at least get things down on paper and out of my head.

I will take a look at all these links, and Pete, I will hit you up as well, hon. :)

Again, gfy comes to my rescue! :thumbsup
