Important Affiliate Question
 

Hi Guys

My site uses CCBill only to track affiliates and payouts etc.

I never had any problems at all with any affiliate.

I have this new affiliate that signed up to my program and places my page in a frame located at http://www.callgurls.com

He signed up himself and it does show on my end that he signed up but it shows no commission to any affiliate?

I tried for over a week now to figure this out and I cant, this person thinks im shaving etc.

Can anyone please look at that and tell me what the problem might be why it did not register as a refferal from him?

Can you explain? I mean if he went to that page callgurls.com he has somewhere the link code embeded should that work? Like I said I never had a problem before

If you include a page using a frame, does that register an HTTP Referrer? If not, that'd probably be why. Otherwise, i don't know.

i guess the cookie isn't set when the code is used in a frameset...this is what he is trying to do. my guess is that doesn't leave a http referrer and there fore no cookie is set.

What would cookies or a referer have to do with anything?

The frame is opened with the referal code attached to the url

Cookies would be uses for subsequent visits (expiration determined by the sponsor), but this particular program does not offer return days.

There's no problem using a frame with the ccbill program and there's no problem here either.

If you view the source code of the ccbill signup page you can
see that his referral ID is there:
ccbill_referer value='360501'

Guess he just don't send any visitors or atleast noone
that wanna signup.

noone seems to know why this happened and joyride no reason to be suspecting anything, ICQ me and I can provide you with names of solid affiliates who have been promoting the site since it started.

Would you try doing the same frame thing with another ccbill program the same way you did mine and test it? I did refund your membership by the way.
