Can you trust Verotel, and are they good?
 

A lot of 3th party biller threads popups here(I'm leecher till now)
But I didn't see much info over verotel(www.verotel.com)

Do you use them? Can you trust them How is their accepting of Creditcards?, much chargebacks?

Hi good question, was looking at them as well. and they looked okey, but I don't have experience with them. Another good part for me is that their headquarter is in Amsterdam the Netherlands

I don't use them either but looking at it. If I use them, I will use their EU dailer, direct bank debit and korean cards billing option which other processors lack.

One thing about them, I notice they don't have too many countries list in their sign up page (both webmaster and affiliate), might be problem for some webmasters.

2000charge.com and msbill.com also provide similar billing options. Any experieces?

Hmm I heard that verotel is more down then up....They process many beast sites, and they say they are under Ddos attacks. Maybe they are just unstable:)

Did business with VERZA ; that was the "hardgoods" outfit of Verotel.

Chargebacks were very high and not founded. They just processed them. Answers from them ( Eva Visser) were impossible to get or not at all on topic of the questions. They closed, kept the money owed for 6 months, processed near 80% of it in not justified chargebacks ( they didn't want to send me a scan of the actual chargeback from the customer).

I could go on, but it would be borring... If they are the last one left, then go with them, otherwise ....

I joined with Verotel in early November because of the VISA card shit.

Can't fault the service provided in the setup process. I'm starting to make sales now and they do appear a bit lower than previously with iBill.

Haven't received any payment from them yet, but it's due.

Verotel originated from the audiotext industry (900's).. it is hard for a leopard to change it's spots *g*
