CCBill cascading billing - which backup processor?

Now that I've learned that cascading billing will give credit to my affiliates as well I'd like to get started with it. My site's main processor is CCBill and my company is based in Europe (perhaps that matters for visa). Which processor would be good for me to use as backup? Verotel?

I'm looking in the CCBill webmaster admin and I think I should go into the form admin of my subaccount to edit the traffic flow but I'm not sure what to do next. I'm guessing that I need to sign up for the other processor first before I can even continue so I better first decide which company to use. Any advice?

I suggest you read the ccbill notes first, Verotel isnt part of the cascade and ccbill explains step by step what you need to do

Cheers. In the webmaster admin?

Read the notes and Call CCBill. They have some great people that will help you out.

Hello, currently CCBill offers Epoch and Segpay as cascading options but yes, you must have an account with one of these in order for our system to work properly.

You have an icq waiting with further information.

Thanks Paul, I'll log in to icq :)

Did you notice an increase in sales when you started cascading?

well, it's kind of hard to tell because in order for affiliates to get credit for the sale CCBill has to cascades to Epoch on the first failed attempt.

so if the member enters the wrong info by accident they get redirected right away to Epoch.

i get quite a few sales through Epoch but i don't know if they entered the wrong info on the CCBill join page or if they were declined. i'm sure there's a CCbill report for it but i never looked.

I see. CCBill affiliates don't have to register with Epoch as well to get the credit for sales made through Epoch, do they?

no they don't have to register with Epoch, CCBill pays them out of your account.

CommerceGate.
Hit up Samantha Berman [ ICQ: 268554073 email: <[email protected]> ]
CG is based in Europe, can bill and pay in EU/USD, and can have translated joins for your traffic too.

I consistently see better results with them over CCBill and Epoch.

You can tell Sam that I referred you - it may or may not do something :D

I've been bugging CCBill for ages to get Verotel into their cascade. The day that happens will be a day of celebration here for certain.

Sadly I imagine Zombaio will be in their cascade before the Verotel guys even get around to considering it.
