CCbill don't know is website down?
 

is it possible that CCbill don't know is website permanently down or it is just temporary problem? I've just contacted them and they advised me to contact webmaster and ask him and I doubt it will be possible if domain is offline and I don't have contact address inside ccbiill affiliate zone. ( I will try from whois)
