I thought you meant some rap-star pad... but this is his family home. A little house in Warren. Just some house, no mention that it is being sold by him or his family. So it's pretty amazing that the bidding is up over a million bucks... Who knew that houses could be bought as collector's items.

My mom sold it for $14,000 in 1984.

That is the BIGGEST piece of shit area...lol...it's on 8 1/2 and Van Dyke...a perfect house there goes for $50k TOPS.

I think this whole thing is a bunch of bullshit...Eminem only lived there for a year or two (it was his uncle's). His Uncle sold it to a Macomb County Commissioner (also a real estate broker), who is selling it on eBay.

I mean, Madonna was actually born and raised in a house in Rochester Hills...they did this shit about a year ago, and I think they only got $300-$400k for it...but it was close to being worth that.

I read that his uncle sold the house earlier this month for $45,000... to the guy who's auctioning it now. I'd be PISSED.
