Submitters 200GB Premium Bandwidth On My Dedicated $65/m

I don't use near my bandwidth limit on my dedicated server so if someone needs some quality bandwidth for $65 a month let me know.

You'll get your own login and ftp.

Can only take paypal for this though.

ICQ in sig

No only pot sometimes :thumbsup

Honestly I didn't think it was a great deal either but my host suggested I try and rent out the space and I quote "$50 for 200GB of premium static hosting is a very decent price"

though i doubt you would be able to get anywhere near burning 500gb for $9.99 before you're suspended for using too much resources.

if you're using too many server resources they'll tell you you need a dedicated like most providers do.

Already have a small virtual from phatservers.

I have a dedicated box elsewhere that hosts my blog network. I only use like 100GB a month so 300GB left over doing nothing.

I wanted to downgrade my box to save some cash but I'm being told performance would suffer. My current setup is a Dual Core server with 2GB of RAM.

I'm not sure if downgrading to a Pentium 4 server with only 1GB of RAM to get my plan price where I want would be smart. Really unsure of the performance difference.

I've got around 150-175 wordpress blogs each with individual databases.

It's probably better to ask your host if they can drop the price and reduce your gig allowance. If you change to another box then they have second hand hardware they need to reuse (or sell), and new h/w they have to write off, more support issues due to moving all of your sites, etc. Bandwidth is cheap - and they probably bank on customer's not using 100% of it each month - so they may not be able to knock off much, but I'd try asking anyway. :2 cents:
