Any easy way to speed up my website
 

I just did some changes to my freesite but I think it is still slow .What should I do? sig is the site.

it isnt a speed test as far as most speed tests go but it gives you a quick idea testing from another location

according to rex swains it took under a second to grab your site and over a second to grab gfy ( although gfy is prob not the best comparison as its usually fairly slow )

Thanks for doing that it was the last time I posted some said it loaded slow . The again they said they did not have high speed wich is needed o view my site. Thanks again.
