Yes in the US. But millions and millions of people use the internet in the states, and there is too much data to process on a daily basis.

They probably have certain keywords flagged and if they find someone type them they look into it. This plus lots of other methods to sort out threats.

The Internet is Not very big if they are using super computer's to sort the data... But what I read, looks more like AI with some Fuzzy Logic.
