Transferring VHS into Blu Ray????

Listen my circumcision about 33 years ago is on VHS but i want to transfer it to Blu Ray if possible ... what do I need to do this?

You can buy those boxes in the computer stores now that transfer data from LPs and VHS to you hard drive.
