most importantly: iPhones can play MP4s...most major porn sites have their goods available in MP4 already. Why play games when you can watch pr0n =)

cycorder - allows video capture/playback
winterboard - custom themes
irealsms - allows folders, sending multiple reciptents and most importantly landscape mode, its so hard typing quick with the default sms.
categories - allows you to put your apps in folders
clippy - allows you to copy/paste
five icon dock - allows a 5th icon in the dock (the bottom bit of the screen)

Lets you listen to public radio stations from anywhere around the world.

I personally just moved, so it's kind of nice to listen to a radio station from back home and hear the news...
