1K & my Kenmore Beermeister has come home to stay.
 

Its a great day, or at least its going to be a great day. This is post #1,000 for me, and earlier this evening I was reunited with the exact Kenmore Beermeister that my ex-wife made me get rid of when we first met years ago. I found it on CL after reading a CL ad that had been linked to here on gfy.

So hell yeah, 1,000 posts <JOKE> Anyone know where I can purchase 9,000 more or should I buy a post bot? </JOKE>

congrats on 1k and is that a kegerator? I've wanted one of those for years but I'm glad I never bought one cause working from home having something like that would cause me to drink too often..

I haven't drank in over 3 mos now and it feels good but drink a cold one for me :thumbsup

Yes, otherwise popularly know as a kegerator. And yeah, its gonna be hard having this thing in the house at first, but its nice to have it back.

my brother built a very nice kegerator for his home and has a wall tap, the keg is actually outside in a sort of closet type thing he built so it looks like part of house... he ran the plumbing and its great for friends, no mess inside nice ice cold beer out of tap for freids, while i do not drink, i got him a vintage "beer" mirror for his bar area :)

Thats sweet. I have a room here that i'm thinking about converting into a full on bar now. Kinda small for alot of people but in spite of the fact that I do like to drink, I do not enjoy the company of mass amounts of drunks. But a small bar for myself and my friends sounds like it would be a fun thing to have.

mybrother has the sports bar house man, him and his friends are watching games and drinking beer all the time. i joke with him about how his friends can basically knock and enter, but if you come to my house, you better, knock, ring bell, wait 5 mins and leave if i dont answer lol better not just enter dogs gonna get your nuts

No doubt, I quit being the "just come in" guy after getting married. Now, I always sneak a peek out the window first to make sure its not my ex.

Congrats! I keep mine out in the garage so I know I'm getting my exercise while walking to get a refill. I eventually upgraded to an insulated 64oz 7-11 mug.

I remember the first 6 months I owned it, I had pleny of nights where i thought the keg was about to fry, next thing I know it would be 5am and the birds would start chirping.

btw, the best accessory I ever bought for mine was a pizza oven.
