Yes, I believe he was. Haven't heard anything about him in a while though, but yeah, he was hired by Lens, I think last year. I was surprised to see his name come up on a cheaters list, it would be interesting to hear his side of it.

As far as Angel and her designs, yup, I didn't pay her, I got in over my head with designs taking forever to be paid for by clients as well as personally redesigning designs I commissioned out, and just snapped I guess and disappeared from icq for awhile... I have a few others who I have been making sporadic payments to as best I can, so cheater is kind of harsh, more like late payer or takes forever to pay.

I honestly forgot about you angel until I saw this message, and I'm not some coward that hides and tries to screw people over, so I came her to say that I'm sorry, and I will make arrangements with you to get the work you did paid for...

Again, sorry for all this angel you really are a sweet girl and unlike the other people on your list, I intend to make this right...

When you finish a logo or design for someone, couldn't you save those graphics then put a semi-transparent label over the graphic.

That way they can see the work but couldn't just steal it. Once they pay you send them the unmarked graphics.

Or require payment upfront.

It's a hardline to walk do things for next to nothing in a market that's completely over saturated with designers just to make a name for yourself, then have some fuckwit screw you over. It's complete bullshit. It's the independant designers that usually get taken advantage of and that hurt the most from it.

I know I have been trying to getting to update my site - been too busy doing other peoples site! LOL anyway.. have a tonne of examples of galleries.. have probably done close to 500 now if not more.....

Yes I have started to do that along with 50% before and 50% after as well..
I didn't have a credit card facility before.. however now I do soit makes it SOOOOO MUCH EASIER to receive payments.
