It wont be long before someone from the company comes in. But basically Twistys owns a domain that they hold TM on. Someone in another country has a similar domain with an additional word on it that they hold a TM on in their country. Twistys wants that domain and has legally asked for it. The other guy has spent about 2 years developing and building it.

They have TM in Canada and US. What they have to do with an european owned website ? Nothing. So on what basis would they take the website (legally as you say) from EU ? Twistys can take .ca tld domain and can take .us (legally, if it wasnt owned before the TM registering went through) and all the rest is bye bye.
