Who has used the Madrid system to register a trademark and can recommend me a lawyer?

Actually it´s based in Switzerland and it´s WIPO. It´s called Madrid System, because the agreement was signed in Madrid in 1891.

The dvantage of using WIPO instead of a EU trademark is, that your application won´t be rejected totally if it fails in one of the states you applied the trademark in.

You can calculate the fees here. But be advised to do an investigation for clashing trademarks before you try to register it.
