Wal-Mart Worker Burns Himself Alive in Parking Lot

WHY THE FUCK WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS? IS WALMART THAT BAD??

ANYONE IN CHICAGO TAKE PICS?

A 58-year-old Wal-Mart employee killed himself via self-immolation in front of a parking lot near the Wal-Mart store where he worked after saying he "couldn't take it anymore." At least ten people witnessed the incident and tried to help the man.

Witnesses of the suicide tried putting him out with their coats but the man threw the coats off and told them he didn't want help. The manager of the Wal-Mart where the man worked said he hadn't been laid off and had no idea why he killed himself.

The suicide victim's son said his father enjoyed his job and was acting normal when he went to work that night. The son also said his dad was in good health and that he is trying not to think on it as "there's no answer" as to why he killed himself.

PornMD 03-02-2009 12:18 AM

SomeCreep 03-02-2009 12:22 AM

Reak AGV 03-02-2009 12:55 AM

That is hardcore. If I was on fire I don't think I would be able to articulate anything more than primal screams. :(

elmy 03-02-2009 07:37 AM

He had a bad day at work.

NicelyWritten 03-02-2009 08:29 AM

Maybe it was much deeper than that but he didn't or couldn't talk to someone about issues way deep inside. Maybe he thought he wasted his life at Walmart. Who knows. Either way you should know one thing. You can do anything with your life, you just have to do something about it. Obviously killing yourself is the chicken way out.

maybe some fucking idiot is insane and offed himself and we don't need to analyze it and the world is a better place for it?

rayadp05 03-02-2009 08:38 AM

This guy probably had other issues going on and I assume that his son was never made aware of those issues. And even if he had other issues that made him feel as though the only way out was suicide....why in the hell would someone decide to go like that? That's some fucking crazy shit.

HorseShit 03-02-2009 08:45 AM

sounds good

David! 03-02-2009 08:50 AM

who gives a shit?
I worked at burger king and had to clean vomit, nevertheless, I never tried to kill myself.
Good riddance, one less loser to pay welfare to :2 cents:

If I were going to off myself, I'm sure I would try something a little less painful.

Too bad gas prices have gone down, there was a good joke in there somewhere.

You only got to heven with 6 dollar a gallon. everyone knows this.. 3.50 a gallon only gets you a lick of gods ass hole.

Cyandin 03-02-2009 10:31 AM

Despite the unfortunate nature of the event, I derive endless amusement from the moronic comments you always see following such articles by dim witted religious drones crying about Obama or warning of the impending apocalypse.

that's like saying that driving around a mountain "is the chickens way out" vs hiking over it. sometimes it just makes sense for some folks to pack it up and call it a life. at least this guy was considerate enough to give his co-workers a great story.

undersoul 03-02-2009 12:00 PM

ok thats pretty fucking sick

ya, it will be one of those celebrated beer, bonfire and high-five stories told for ages.

More Walmart mayhem in breaking news:

If you need an incentives to support local small businesses, I guess avoiding flaming bodies and flying bullets are pretty good.
