What I ment was that I reported an broken issue on his site 1,5 years ago thru his contact form, it never got fixed.

Recently however there is a plug issue on his site, my ratios are running up to 110% but my daily plugs arent getting submitted.

I'm not one of those webmasters that spam contact forms, I only contact when it is needed. So please if are going to spam this thread with flame => fuck off

Yea I see your point, but sometimes webmasters put up a contact form to cover there ass in case someone wishes to report 'illegal' content on their site but ignore the mail... At least that was the case with some other trade partners of mine...
