Everyone knows it's all about upsells in order for programs to pay per email, so if you can get a per email + a per upsell commish then you're golden ... CECash pays $1.50 per email + $15 per upsell + 50% of dialer income ... with CECash you'll probably make more $$ weekly with the same traffic than with your current sponsor, I know I do :)
