1:1 epass->paypal would be a loss for the other person...

Well it does not for Non biz PP accounts
And some people their epass loaded for them - hence no cost ... so this will not work for all but will work for some.

Normally there is a going rate arround 10 % for transfers.

Sorry to disappoint you u-Bob but there are few of us that are not 100% into the biz (I'm a full time employed main stream programmer ), we do not do big enough volume but I was able to help few fellow webmasters :)

Ok, so this thread is actually about you OFFERING to exchange money for others, rather than asking for an exchange yourself? In that case it would be fair if you see any extra $, or the other person takes a loss. (The real winners are epass and PP)

As I stated this can not help everyone but there are few that this can help them with out giving extra $ to epass or PP.

If you need to pay extra to epass or pay PP for getting the funds then this is not something that will work for you ;)
