When a member cancels their trial..Do you add their Info to your negative database?

No trials but good post, I would think if it wasn't a free trial the fact the customer spent money and put a valid emal is good enough to leave them in there.

personally, I get some weird satisfaction when doing it... especially since we stand to lose $55 for every cancellation we get on our product site.

yes you can, but you'll have to do some coding ... Personally i "catch" the email address of the surfer when he buys a membership.

Hmmmmmm ok how about doing an exit console of "Hey wait for the month of blah blah we are offering 1 bottle for 19.95 saving you 60% off our regular prices and get rid of the free trial ?

Our products are solid... most people are skeptical... but after they try they stay with us for close to a year now:)
