I went to Hooters last night by myself for the first time and my waitress kept dropping forks and sticking her butt in my face and I didn't know what to do, then she shaked it and asked me, "Don't you like that?"

I was very scared and confused because I didn't know if Hooters had the same rules as strip club where you can touch if they ask for it?
