Been asking what was wrong with our DNS update since thursday, after 5 days it all appears the A-record needs to be added.
Really really amazed that after at least 6 questions about the not working domain, none of the support members could come up with this idea. ICQ 125586484 We're losing over 1000e / day with this. Escalating our support ticket hours ago did not help, hence this msg. |
whyy not just hit up the 24/7 live chat support?

Apparently we do not apply for that with our virtual plan, which i understand as it is ultracheap. However in our defense: We asked them many times we had no problem paying extra for better service, server is great and all, but issues like these make you want to call a lawyer.

Get away from the virtual plan and go with a hosted plan.
I have several servers with them and have found the support awsome. I just go the old method and pick up the phone. Chris gets in at nine a.m EST time I will drop him an email and let him know about your problem. Cheers |

Maybe it is just me, but shouldn't support always as good as any other 'plan's support? I understand phone support might cost extra, but escalating tickets is done for a reason. |
