It is because life is just a dream and when you are high on drugs it gives you a piece of reality.

yeppa it is thats the way i think anyway, now you can take certain drugs that will expand you soul and your being in this dream, to remind you it is all a dream, or you can take certain drugs that will make you forget it is just a dream and make you pray to "wake up" from it. which is suicide and that is why it is wrong, who wants to wake up from a limitless dream? when you are no longer able to dream you cease to exist as a being.

Everything sounds, feels and tastes good when your high ;-)

It´s because increase the perception of the senses and thoughts get reduced. It´s not only music better, even the food, sex, smells, everything get more powerful because senses are pure with no interruption of thoughts.
