I've never had a colonostopy (sp) so I've never had it.....However, around Christmas I used Sonnes #7 and #9....The morning of the third day, I woke up and had five bowel movements straight....

Worked like a charm.....then I gave the rest to my mother to try and it worked for her too...before that, she was only having a bowel movement once a week...That's fucked up.

If you get stuck drinking that salty sludge, get some popsicles and stick it in your mouth after every drink. That shit is brutal.

My experience is that they are major scams.

My experience is that I had hellafied bowel movements....One of which was shaped like my intestines....I could even take a stick and pull at the sludge just like I've seen online.

The sludge is a myth. Ask doctors who perform tens of thousands of colon examinations. None of them ever see this mysterious sludge. What you are seeing most likely is just an odd bowel movement caused by the odd stuff you ingested. Toxins don't stick to your colon for years. It's more or less a joke in the medical community.

I don't know man....I had five fucking bowel movements in the span of two hours.....My mother obviously didn't tell me what her poop looked like but I know for a fact that she only pooped once a week and then she took that shit and she hit the toilet.

Yeah, most of that stuff contains a natural laxative. It's most likely psyllium husk. You can pick up that at a store, have a few tablespoons and drink a ton of water and you'll get the same effect. It's not cleaning your system out, it's just speeding up the process for a couple days.

I know some people swear by it. But doctors who specialize in that stuff and see a lot of colons will tell you that it's not filled with a bunch of old crap. They are the ones with the birds eye view and I'll take their word over everyone's.

What about the caked fecal matter from the commercials?
