FFMPEG expert wanted for consultation

I have FFMPEG compiled and running, but need a few extra things.

- I need the x264 codec compiled with it so it can encode x264 format videos.
- I need good command line options to make better quality 2 pass videos.

Is there anyone that can do this on the board? I pay money.
