Yep if you look around and bug some of the hosts out there they will give you the same sort of deal at their normal price. Not all ofem will do it but some will. I had a vps with 20 IPs in different cblocks while paying a whopping .50c per IP. Try getting that deal at a SEO Host.

slhost.com

They were bought out by another host last year so I don't know if the new host has any new policies on IPs. Can't hurt to email and ask though. I had to move because their VPS service started going downhill, a dedicated would probably be fine though.

Also hostdime.com gave me 10 different IPs on different class Cs. I had to bug them a bit, they kept saying we can't promise anything but always came through when I wanted more IPs. They charge $2 per IP but they gave me a great deal on a dedicated server when I emailed them.

Yup, I have quite a few hosts that will spread you over different C blocks for their regular price.

One more... rapidvps.com told me they would do it too, but they only had about 10 different c-blocks they could give me at the time. That was a year or so ago.

Found another one for ya...

solarvps.com

They only sell IPs in blocks, not sure how many exactly but they can give you blocks of IPs that are in a different c class. They might be a little more strict on justification too, the others I listed are not that strict (or weren't).

Having 20+ sites that have the same content might not be the best idea for google rankings with the same IP or same c block. Also linking too... At least that's the argument but I've never seen any real proof and anyone at google isn't going to admit it. Except linking it does matter. Others believe that long as the content isn't duped it's fine, if it's duped you'll be fucked no matter where you put the dupe sites/content.
