Obama's war crimes, Impeachment and Prosecution
Well... are you gonna start calling Obama a War Criminal for escalating troop deployment in Afghanistan, for aerial drone attacks on villages, innocent people being killed etc?
I mean... Bush is a war criminal for the exact same thing right? there is no excuses and "collateral damage" is just another way of saying "genocide" right? So... is Obama now the new terrorist? There is no gray area here. Obama is Commander in Chief and killing innocents is killing innocents. Don't tell me you're gonna be hypocritical about it. I expect better from you, being that you've basically proclaimed yourself to be the moral authority on right and wrong for the last 8 years. Innocent people need you now more than ever. Stop the killing of innocents. Impeach Obama and prosecute him for War Crimes! |

I would like to know that too? Obama is illegally bombing Pakistan where is the outrage?
|
Correct.... Pakistan... good point!
Obama has been attacking a sovereign country as well. Where is the UN? Where is France? This insanity has to stop and this criminal, aggressor and agitator needs to be stopped so innocent, free people can continue living their lives in peace without the threat of Obama bombing them while they sleep at night |
I love logic. hehe
|
Shut the fuck up.

Missiles fired from suspected US drones killed at least 15 people inside Pakistan today, the first such strikes since Barack Obama became president and a clear sign that the controversial military policy begun by George W Bush has not changed. -
"locals also said that three children lost their lives. " - Times Online |
Clinton, Bush, Obama. Nothing ever changes when you're trying to keep anyone who might threaten your power in chains.

that title is wrong thats your opinion not fact been alot of these fake ass titles lately

I can understand how this will irritate and you'll be irrationally defensive since you have no real argument... but at least try to formulate some sort of well reasoned reply that might provoke some thought on the subject and offer some insight into the differences between the position that Bush is a war criminal and Obama isn't. i'm curious. We can rule out hypocrisy right away since thats just not a trait liberals possess... so i must be missing something. |

Canadians have been losing lives fighting in afganistan for years. Its about time they get some back up. Everyone knows that the 911 attacks were in part funded by the taliban which is the main "power" in afganistan. Not sure what Iraq had to do with it though.

This thread is stupid... and btw... it has been noted in the London Times recently that those drone attacks are being launched from within Pakistan itself...

?Certain news reports claiming that the CIA runs predator flights from the Shamsi Airbase in Balochistan are baseless ... Pakistan has no such understanding with the US to allow it to use its bases for predator attacks,? the minister said at a meeting with Japanese ambassador Chihiro Atsumi, who had called on Mukhtar. He also said that the US drone attacks inside Pakistan were proving counter productive. http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default...0-2-2009_pg7_9 |

"MULTAN: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Sunday that Pakistani bases were not being used for US drone attacks in the Tribal Areas ? as suggested by a US senator a few days ago. Qureshi told journalists before flying to the federal capital that US drone attacks were affecting Pakistan?s sovereignty, and clarified that the drones were not being flown from bases inside Pakistan. He said Pakistan had always condemned the drone attacks over which no understanding or agreement existed. Qureshi said Pakistan had taken up the issue during a recent visit by the US special envoy, Richard Holbrooke, and conveyed the administration?s concern over the attacks. The foreign minister said the drone attacks were causing collateral damage and proving to be counter-productive." http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default...6-2-2009_pg7_4 |

So if this was still Bushes last term, you'd also have made the thread.. right? hehe
It's just silly how history re-starts with each change of party. Not even with each president, just with each party. Fiscal conservatism. Anti-war. Regulatory oversight. It's like all brand new. |

its ok... i understand your conundrum. |

hey, if it's determined obama can be charged with war crimes, i'm all for it. but it seems to me we should 1st prosecute bush on the war crimes issues that have already been determined. 1st things 1st.

I wonder if and Afghan and Pakistani tribes in the border regions are grateful for the Hope and Change that's raining down on them from unmanned Predator Drones, ordered by Obama?
"Hey Achmed..." "yes, my friend..." "Can you hear that sound? that faint whistling sound that's growing louder? what is that?" "Ahhh yes! That my friend, is the sound of hope and change, carrying a 20 pound warhead at about 900 miles per hour, to our current position. I just thank Allah that George Bush is no longer President" |
I'm not sure why people actually thought he was going to change anything. You just bought into the hype of Obama. Well, congrats.
|
He's doing what he said he would do. Focusing our efforts where he said he would.
IMO we are now bombing where we should be Bombing. Pakistan needs to get with the program. This is change we can believe in. Good for him. |
