more pyramid schemes like Madoff's and Stanford are coming (the last as reported today by the WSJ), they were called "off-shore investments" but the truth is that the elites of the funds were receiving returns from the injections of newbies, the "not-too-much-rich" ones. I will not be surprised if some big US and British banks that handle international offshore investments will be in the news too in the near future regarding these schemes. This year will be remembered as the "Year of The Offshore Scams"
