I definately think Osama because he's the one with the demented brain to plot big attacks on our soi and he has lots of followersl whereas Saddam, is a big threat, but I don't think that he has the brains or resources to plot an attack on our soil.

Ive said this before but my belief on bin laden, if he is alive, is in a place where if the usa went after him and raised holy hell it would have more of a negative impact. Such as putting the somewhat usa friendly government of pakistan against us.

It has never been proven Osama was behind 9/11 and although he has praised it, he has not admitted to it. And as far as the 'we can't find him argument', we haven't had much luck finding Saddam over the past 10 years either.
