getting traffic to www.club[pornstarname].com

ok, say there is a popular porn star named fluffy mcfluferton. the domain name www.fluffymcfluferton.com is taken, so you get the domain www.CLUBfluffymcfluferton.com
is getting traffic there really as easy as putting up a decent seo html page with galleries on it?
also, if www.fluffymcfluferton.com is taken, is www.fluffy-mcfluferton.com also a good domain?

thank you and good night!

If you are using a pornstar's name in your domain name without an assignment of rights specific to a domain name you are looking at a potential lawsuit for Cybersquatting and trademark/Lanham Act violations.

These are federal claims and can cost you tens of thousands in legal fees to defend as well as paying attorney fees to her attorney. And they are relatively easy cases for the pornstar to win.

Yep. again he posts the truth.. I have seen a LOT of what you are talking about and usually when you exclusively promote the stars site with a domain like that, they dont complain, because you are both profiting. But honestly the best thing to do, is try and sell the domain to the person for a few extra bucks and move on. Dont get greedy or they will take it legally with an attorney.

In regards to the law, that doesnt make a difference. Its like saying "yeah I stole his car, but I give him a ride whenever he needs one..."

You should transfer it back to the owner. If not you could end up paying large sums of money to defend a cybersquatting or a trademark lawsuit.

Most programs will let you do the domain name thing if you ask them.
