Adobe Flash Video Encoder 8/MX vrs CS4

has there been any improvements in Adobe Flash Video Encoder since ver 8/MX?

is it worth me upgrading flash just to get a newer version of the Video Encoder?

It is a separate program now. You can cut scenes by inputing time. A lot of new features and controls.

Adobe Media Encoder CS4 is also fast and works well with my new i7 920 overclock chip.
