How much $$ do traffic managers get paid?
 

Im going to an interview with a successful adult company and they are looking for someone who can get traffic to their membership site.

I have no idea what this pays. so any ideas what the going rate for this position is?

Depends on how much traffic you can actually pull in ;)

Nobody likes to talk money or set standards in this business. Because of that, people just end up getting paid what the owner feels they are worth. It makes some underpaid and some overpaid.

I would say it depends on how much you help them, it should be based on some sort of commission over a typical salary. Think about one you're used to getting and then negotiate a commission. It depends alot on experience also. There are a few factors.
