Getting members area username into PHP script from Verotel system?

Anyone know how to get the persons username to display on the page after they login? Because they dont, and they actually gave me gfy.com as a place to ask LAWL.

You mean once they login to the members area?

If using php and htaccess file, try this.

I think it depends on which script you use to store that information.

I'd try Zorgman's suggestion

Well Verotel doesn't exactly give you a lot to work with (just their Verotel Remote User Management (VRUM?) or something they install) so I'm trying to build a 'user system' that is visible after the member logs in. For profiles, PMing, trading pics/videos, etc. Simply save MySQL data serverside attached to each username I don't think there should be any trouble each username is unique. I think Zorgman's suggestion is what I need and will work, haven't tried it yet though.
