it's ok but why not just recycle the used water instead?

i wish GOD Saves us/Whole planet and even Galaxies from This kinda matters and i wish we always have the water.

Well that's how they do it here where I live. Your sewer bill is the exact same as your water bill. If you use $20 worth of water then you're sewer bill is $20. I'm not sure what is wrong with that.
