Password by Phone-"Out of Credits" WTF????
 

Anyone tried telephoning passowrd by phone lately?? I had no trouble calling their US support number a couple of weeks ago.

After receiving a very bitter email from a pissed off customer I tried calling them all day and instead of a ring I get a recorded message saying..."You are out of Credits"

Is anyone else able to call them directly without getting this recording?
