I hate to have to come to the boards but your toll free 800 number is not working for me, and I am very upset about a complaint that I just received from a customer, and don't have time to play email tag back and forth. I am very busy and need to talk to someone right away. Please respond to me asap by email or by phone. I need some answers from you guys immediately.

Sure I will spill it here..... I added password by phone to try to convert some of that pesky foregin traffic with no credit card,etc. I agreed to use their join buttons to bill content for my paysite.

I have had them up and running for a few weeks, and I get an irate email today from a gentlemen telling me that he signed up and paid $40.00 to join what he thought was my members area, when he got taken to a "gay Site" that was not what he thought he was signing up for.

Further more, it looks like I made a whopping $0.50 cents on that $40.00 dollar transaction, are they freaking kidding me. Well I think there is some mix up and I try to get it sorted out for my customer only to find that the password by phone once valid 800 number is not working for me.

Between this and whats going on with Verotel lately, I am really concerned about the state of billing right now, and need some answers.

The link on your join page was wrong. I have emailed you the correct one to use. I just tried calling you on the number on file, but was told I have the wrong number.

I just checked your stats, is the transaction to which you refer the sale today from Saudi Arabia?

Please send me the transaction details so that we can get to the bottom of this and compensate the surfer accordingly.
